 Step 2  QUOTE -  MEETING

When I am at your place I listen to the idea, see the state of the walls, wood surfaces that need to be painted say how many coats of paint is needed to achieve result which client has in mind. My quotations very, it depends of the state and texture of the surface that needs to be painted, colour of the paint that is already on the wall and paint and colour that client wants to use. However, those are only my suggestions like number of coats and preferable paint. Sometimes clients prefer if I buy paint for them and want that to be included into their quotation, which I can do too.

However, if the job requires removing the old wallpaper from the walls there is always a question mark in regards the state of the walls underneath them. Either the walls need to be painted or new wallpaper hanged. If the walls are covered only with old paint it’s much easier to estimate the price than when the old wallpaper is still there.

Quite similar procedure is in regards Kitchen Unit please secify do you want to have an old paint removed or just small sanding done. It will show the differences in the price.

 Step 3  QUOTE -  QUOTATION

I go to my office to prepare quotation in which all rooms are listed and what job needs to be done in each of them. The materials, labour and, if requested, paint. After one or two days I will provide you with written, free, no-obligation estimate. The quotation is sent via email and the price is valid for the period of 3 months. When that is done I wait for price approval and set a date.

Prices include VAT 13,5%.
